The new recruits gathered at Hindlip Hall.   This great initiative isn’t a recruiting pipeline for the West Mercia Police but takes a mixture of high achievers and young people with challenges.  The cadets develop their spirit of adventure and good citizenship, while supporting their local policing priorities through volunteering, working with partner agencies and positive participation in their communities.   The new intake had scrubbed up pretty well and I am sure they will have a great time over the next couple of years. https://westmercia.police.uk/article/2418/Cadets
